About Us
Edit Credit was founded by Kath Hack and Luke Kennedy, who between them have spent over 30 years working inside the credit industry — at lenders, bureaus, and collections companies. They saw firsthand how often the system gets it wrong, and how rarely anyone fights to fix it.
We hold our own Australian Credit Licence and deal directly with credit providers, collections companies, credit reporting bodies, and external bodies including AFCA and the OAIC. Manual investigation, transparent process, real outcomes.
